Coaching Programs
How Our Consultations Work
Our consultations are personalized to meet your specific, individual health needs. You schedule a free 15-minute consultation and select the date and time that is convenient for you. We meet online or in-person to discuss your concerns and the specific coaching program so you can decide if we are a good fit for you.
You purchase one of our coaching programs. We will then work with you to understand your challenges, identify your goals, create an action plan and guide you through a life-changing transformation process.
The Initial Consultation
This Is a free, confidential, 15-minute session between the health Coach and a potential client. It is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. It is like a two-way interview where we both get a chance to feel each other out to see if we are a good match for each other and to determine if taking the health coaching journey together makes sense. It gives you a sense of what working with a health coach is like and a chance to decide if you feel comfortable working with us in one of our coaching programs. The coaching program is an arrangement between the coach and the client where we work toward the client’s health and wellness goals in a series of follow-up sessions, scheduled for a predetermined frequency, number, and duration. The coaching program establishes a solid, clear framework for health coaching, making it easy for the coach to explain their offerings and deliver their services to clients.
The coaching program organizes and gives structure to the health coaching services we provide. It is a series of follow-up health coaching sessions, along with optional resources and add-ons, that guide clients toward their health and wellness goals. Each session provides protected time and dedicated space to facilitate our client’s health and wellness transformation.
The 6-Month Program:
This is our flagship coaching program. It lasts six months. This longer program length allows you enough time to firmly establish new healthy habits, build a healthier lifestyle, and overcome various challenges along the way. We meet twice a month, every other week, for 45 minutes at a time. In each session, we focus on making progress in the areas of your health that are important to you. We also create a sustainable plan in line with your wellness goals to set you up for long-term success.
The 12-Week Program:
This popular, shorter alternative to the six-month program still provides time for meaningful progress toward your health and wellness goals. Shorter, weekly sessions provide a more feasible option for clients with busy schedules while providing more frequent follow-up. We meet twice per month for 12 weeks for 45 minutes at a time.
The 6-Week Program:
This program provides a less lengthy commitment for you with time to address targeted lifestyle changes, making it preferable to clients who want to try out coaching or receive support in a specific area of their lives. Clients can enroll in another program at the end of the six weeks if further help is required. We meet once per week for 45 minutes each session.
The Single Session:
This session is for clients who just want to talk about an issue. If you have an urgent problem and just need someone to talk to, you can make an appointment. We will talk – resolving the issue. If you need additional time, you may consider signing up for another program.
